Robert B. Rebera is the owner and home inspector of Rebco Home Inspection Service. Above all else, Robert’s goal is for every client to be satisfied with their home inspection service as well as the quality of their prospective home. In order to make this happen, Robert takes his time during an inspection, carefully going over each detail so that you’re provided with a better understanding of every readily accessible square inch of the property. If defective areas of the home are discovered along the way, Robert will see to it that you have a clear idea of what it will take to make the necessary improvements.
Not Your Average Level of Experience
Robert first learned about everything that goes into a home inspection back in the 70s while working in the industry alongside his father. Robert also gained hands-on experience doing renovation jobs, and he became skilled at providing appraisals and cost estimates for properties he helped to restore.
In the past 34 years, Robert has performed roughly 8,500 home inspections—a number that speaks volumes about how passionate he is about helping others understand the strengths and weaknesses of a home’s condition. Robert also worked for 10 years as a law enforcement officer, a career that taught him a great deal about the importance of strong communication and the satisfaction of dedicating himself to those in need.
This Home Inspector Knows How to Do It Right
- When a home inspector fails to involve a client in the home inspection process, it can make things more stressful for the client because it’s tough to trust what you’re unable to see with your own eyes—that’s why we invite every client to attend their home inspection, giving us a chance to look at the home together and discuss any issues that are discovered
- Most of the time, a client will still have a question or two that needs to be addressed after an inspection report is delivered—and we encourage you to call us so that we can help you find the answers, even if many days or weeks have gone by since the inspection took place
- Some of the modern technology available to home inspectors can be a tremendous asset, and we make good use of it—in fact, we’re the only home inspection outfit in the area with a Rad-57® Pulse CO-Oximeter than can easily and quickly detect carbon monoxide in the body
When he’s not conducting home inspections, Robert enjoys photography and building computers. He also renovates properties regularly in his free time.
